Unifiedpost and Linkmanage, the company behind Count-e, join forces to support more than 1,200 Flemish schools in digitizing and automating their billing flows. This collaboration takes the administrative worries out of schools' hands. Unifiedpost will guide these schools in digitizing incoming invoices and simplifying outgoing invoices by adding digital payment buttons, all made possible by the Billtobox platform. This will allow schools to focus more on their educational and care tasks, while Unifiedpost provides tailored technological support, taking into account local legislation and sectors. This collaboration highlights the crucial importance of digitization and professionalization in education and makes advanced technology accessible to schools and school boards.
Register on Billtobox if you do not already have an account.
Ga in Billtobox naar "Apps" < "Facturatiediensten" < "Accounting-app" en klik op "Activeren".
Then enable "Online connection" and click "Next".
Select the country "Belgium," then "Count-e" and click "Continue".
Then fill in all the information:
- Username: the Count-e username
- Password: the Count-e password
- API URL: the URL where the Count-e API instance for this account can be accessed. (You can request this info from your Count-e contact)
- Database: the Count-e database applicable to this account (You can request this info from your Count-e contact)
- Customer number: the Billtobox-customer number that can be found on the Billtobox homepage under your company name in the upper left corner or by going to "Settings" > "Company Settings" > ""Company Profile" > "Customer Number".
Click "Connect" after checking the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
Your connection will be checked.
Once everything is in place, you will return to your Billtobox account dashboard.
Through "Apps" you will see an active "Accounting app" and your invoices will now be automatically shared with your accountant.
