E-invoicing: what will change?

As of Jan. 1, all Belgian companies subject to VAT are required to exchange e-invoices among themselves. An e-invoice, or e-invoice, is an invoice in a structured electronic file, which means that paper and PDF invoices are no longer allowed for B2B transactions....

Recent figures show that only 15% of Belgian companies are currently ready for this transition. This shows that many companies still need to take the necessary steps to be compliant by the implementation date.
